The use of this website gives you the condition of “User”. That means that you accept the terms and conditions established below.
- Orders & Delivery
We are a custom made to order business. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of those prints which form part of a limited edition series (we endeavor to ensure all products listed on our website are available).
Please note that shipping takes place from the Balearic Islands, so delivery times may be longer than those from the mainland. Therefore, we offer the following order processing times: delivery within 7-14 business days for unframed prints & up to 21 days for framed prints.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
- Pricing
We reserve the right to change pricing on the website at our discretion and without notice.
Shipping or delivery charges are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase. If you have not selected the correct shipping terms our team will send a correction invoice which must be settled before delivery.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Luz Poême is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
- Returns
As every piece is “made to order”, it is specifically manufactured just for you after you place an order. We do not offer exchanges or returns for fine art prints. Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all purchases are final sale. In the rare case that the artwork has been damaged during postage, please get in contact with us at hello@luzpoeme.com
- Payments & Security
Payments made via the Luz Poême website are processed using a third party payment gateway, Woocommerce. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
- Privacy
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind; you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time. Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Luz Poême.

The design of the Luz Poême website and the content, trademarks and logos contained therein are owned by or licensed to Luz Poême, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Spanish and European law. As a User, you agree to not engage in the use, copying or distribution of any of the website contents other than expressly permitted herein.
Any commercial use not expressly permitted by Luz Poême is not allowed.

It may be possible that this website sends you to other sites.
However, Luz Poême does not control those sites or its content, which in fact are subject to its own terms and conditions. Luz Poême is not responsible about the quality, truthfulness or accuracy of those sites.
- Responsibility
As far as the law permits, and despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it, Luz Poême cannot be held responsible for: a) any errors or omissions in the content of this website; b) the unavailability of the website or; c) the transmission of malware in the content of its website.
